Emerging from the garages of Paranaque, it all began in a small restobar called "Kapt. K", located at Baclaran, Philippines; originally formed by Migz, Jin, Jeff and Kiko. The band had undergone a lot of member changes, the former members were Ian (vocals) Jm Herrera (vocals) Melchor Lirio (bass) Patrick Olarte (bass). until the line up was completed in april 2010 and gained stability. Migz Kintanar (drums) Jin Calagos (guitars) Jeff Escasinas (bass) Kiko Manzo (guitars) and Stephen Espiritu (vocals) aims to deliver a complex mixture of brutal and death riffs forged together with a massive drumming assault and exhales guttural vocals attack.
In August of 2009, Sagrado had the opportunity to record their ideas and share their music. The first self- titled demo was recorded in august of 2009 and eventually got a good feedback from the listeners. The band is usually writing heavy brutal and death materials influenced by Devourment, Disconformity, Abominable Putridity and Disgorge USA. after months of practicing, original vocalist (Ian) and bassist of sagrado (Jeff) was out of the band due to some schedule conflicts. The band conducted an open audition for a session Bassist. Melchor Lirio and Patrick Olarte was chosen to fill in the slot to search for another vocalist (Jm Herrera) was the second one and again due to schedule conflicts he decided to leave the band and at February 19,2011 Kiko left because of his busy schedule, Jeff Escasinas joined the group again filling in for the bass, and Stephen Espiritu for vocalist.
In February Sagrado had an oppurtunity to sign to their record label "Morbid Generation Records "
And it will release November.The band is now indeed ready to spread their own style of brutal death music.
