KISS JANE is an alternative pop rock band inspired by the sonic brilliance of such artists as U2, New Radicals and Imogen Heap, KISS JANE’s drummer and songwriter Sheila Rosete formed the band in 2009 by recruiting axe man Jeff de Castro, bassist Heins Capiral, and lead singer Jaq Dionisio.
The name "Kiss Jane" was derived from American rock band, Velvet Underground's song, "Sweet Jane", but replaced "sweet" with "kiss".
