CBI was formed in the year 2001. The band members came from different ska bands around Manila. Major music influences include 2-tone ska, traditional ska, rocksteady, reggae, blues, funk, soul, punk, rock and roll, jazz. Major artist infuences are specials, selecter, the english beat, toots and the maytals, and sublime.
